Building community
Laura loves volunteering because it allows her to connect with others and make a difference in her community. She has devoted many hours volunteering in her local schools and running programs and various campaigns over the years. Recently, she joined the committee to run Chicagoland BuddyWalk, an event that helps bring awareness and promotes acceptance of individuals with Down Syndrome, making a brighter tomorrow for them.
